The Mt. Pulaski Zoning Board of Appeals, commonly called the Zoning Board, was authorized by the Mt. Pulaski City Code in 1975. The purpose of the Zoning Board is primarily to decide applications for variances in the City's zoning law.
Members of the board are appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council. The Zoning Board meets when the Chairman determines there is a need or when matters are referred to the board from the City Council.
